The headlines for the 2024/25 academic year are detailed below:

KS2 Headlines

  • The number of BPA children achieving the expected standard (EXS) in Reading, Writing and Maths combined is significantly above the national average. 
  • The number of BPA children achieving the expected standard (EXS) in Writing is above the national average. 
  • The number of BPA children achieveing the expected standard (EXS) in Maths is significantlly above the national average.

 

Phonics Headlines:

  • The number of BPA children passing the Year 1 Phonics Screener Check (PSC) is significanty above the 2024 national average. 
  • By the end of Year 2, 91% of children at BPA passed the Phonics Screener Check. 

 

​EYFS Headlines:

  • The number of BPA children reaching a Good Level of Development (GLD) at the end of EYFS is in line with the 2025 national average.
